Who We Are
Bear State was established in 2014 by Dan and Wendi Crotts and they continue to be the driving force behind the community of gym goers at Bear State. While the culture has changed over the years, the gym is still committed to not only its gym family, but the surrounding community. Their desire to see everyone become the best versions of themselves can be found here in the functional fitness group classes and foundational in nutrition coaching. Both of which focus on building healthy habits, healthy relationships with others, and long lasting results.
Functional Fitness

Additionally, working with the Level Method, we can effectively scale each workout to your fitness level so you maximize your workout each and every time you come. Read more…
